These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between qbet-baji.com ("qbet", "we", "the Platform") and its users ("you", "member"). • Duration: Every bonus has a set validity period — typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

• Multiple Accounts Prohibited: If the same person attempts to open multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system for unfair advantage may result in qbet voiding the bonus and suspending the account.

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting and casino gaming on qbet and must be followed at all times:

Sports Betting: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. qbet may adjust odds before a match begins for technical reasons, in which case you will have the opportunity to confirm your bet at the updated odds.

Technical Issues: If a bet is left incomplete due to internet disruption or device failure, the data recorded on qbet's servers will be considered final.

• In live betting, odds may change due to internet latency.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally considered void and stakes are refunded.
• In the event of a draw between two teams, single bets will be settled at the applicable odds in accordance with the relevant rules.
• If match-fixing or any form of dishonest conduct is suspected, qbet reserves the right to review and void the relevant bet.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Real-Time Random Number Generation (RNG). Game providers undergo regular third-party audits and maintain up-to-date fairness certifications.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qbet. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's details.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for fraudulent financial gain.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to fraudulently reclaim funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.

Qbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

You may request account closure at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Please withdraw any verified balance before the account is closed.

For inactive accounts, an inactivity fee of ৳100 or 1% of the balance — whichever is lower — may be charged monthly starting after 6 months. No further fees apply once the balance reaches zero.
